Queen Serenity occurs as revenant minor character from either a Japanese metaseries Sailor Moon.

She was a mother of Princess Serenity, of whom Usagi Tsukino is a reincarnation, and was presumptively a ruler of the Silver Millennium (a misused civilization once placed on the Moon).

Whenever Queen Beryl and Metallia attacked a Silver Millenium, Queen Serenity utilized the fully power of the Silver Crystal to kill the two, & seal the children away. Still a physical & nervous strain of unleashing a Crystal's power left her close dying. When her final work, she sent her girl & a Sailor Senshi to be born-again olympian games in the peaceful, present day. Queen Serenity too sent Luna and Artemis along with the children, then, caring that all about was done, died. She is on occasion present around spirit (or even as a spirit) while you took a course of a story, virtually all notably when a Senshi visit the ruins of the Silver Millennium.

Usagi Tsukino is known as "Neo Queen Serenity" later story arc.
